About the Seemedeliver App
Seemedeliver is a mobile application that helps delivery companies improve
customer satisfaction by allowing their drivers to send a “See Me” link from their mobile
phones to customer devices.
Client delivery orders are assigned to delivery drivers as the orders come in. Delivery drivers view the list of client orders assigned to them. With this
information, they are able to send the “See Me” link to specific customers. When the delivery
driver clicks on the “See Me” button on the Seemedeliver app's map screen, the location-sharing "See Me" link
gets generated.
They can then send the "See Me" link to the customer via:
- Text messaging
- WhatsApp
- Email
- Other message transmission channels.
When a customer clicks on the link, a map will appear on their device showing the real time movement of the delivery driver that is bringing an item to him or her.
The app does real time tracking - locations and movement of the delivery driver can be followed on client's device as the delivery driver navigates towards their delivery destinations.
The customer is able to:
- View the real time progress of the item being delivered to them.
- Have a better idea of the arrival time of their item.
- Communicate by phone with the delivery driver as needed, using the “Voice Call”
feature

- The customer does not need to install the app to view the delivery driver’s location and
movement.
- Both parties can communicate by phone as needed, using the “Voice Call” feature.
- The app does real time tracking - locations and movement of the delivery driver can be followed on client's device as the delivery driver navigates towards their delivery destinations.
- On completion of the delivery, the delivery driver will use the app to scan the QR code that is on the package, capturing the date, time, and location of the delivery. A copy of this information is stored in the delivery company's database, and also transmitted to the client.
- Customer safety and privacy are protected. Once a delivery is completed, customer
identity and contact details are deleted from the delivery driver’s device.
