About the Seemedeliver  App

Seemedeliver is a mobile application that helps delivery companies improve customer satisfaction by allowing their drivers to send a “See Me” link from their mobile phones to customer devices. This enables clients to track the delivery driver's real time progress as they make their way to deliver the item(s).

• With this app, delivery companies can improve customer satisfaction by allowing their drivers to send a “See Me” link from their mobile phones to customer devices.   
  
  
• Your delivery driver is able to send the “See Me” link to the customer via text messaging, WhatsApp,  Email, or other message transmission channels. 
  
  
• When a customer clicks on the link, a map will appear on their device showing the movement of the delivery driver that is bringing an item to him or her.  The app does real time tracking: ​locations and movement of the delivery driver can be followed on client's device - in real time -  as the delivery driver navigates towards their delivery destinations.
  
  The customer is able to:
  
  * View the progress of the item being delivered to them
  * Have a better idea of the arrival time of their item.
  * Communicate with the delivery driver using the app's Voice Call feature.

• On completion of the delivery, the delivery driver will use the app to scan the QR code that is on the package, capturing the date, time, and location of the delivery - for record purposes.
  
  
• Customer safety and privacy are protected. Once a delivery is completed, customer identity and contact details are deleted from the delivery driver’s device.
